As many of you know, the SEC has decided to file suit against myself and George stemming from the Wells notice.
I have expected this for quite some time.  You should know that the SEC has chosen, IMO, to protect short sellers and naked short sellers as opposed to loyal shareholders of TRCH and MMAT.

PS - to be clear - you buy bonds directly from your broker, whoever your broker is. We just need to know if folks would buy them. I have my doubts if 800k (or even 400k, or 100k) would. If you're curious to look up the bond on your broker's Fixed Income tab, The CUSIP is 00165CAP9 for the 2026 10%/12% Bond. If it shows $87 that means $870 to buy a $1000 face value bond.
