@Trustpilot That is the correct ticket number, please can you update me on this? We have replied challenging it and they are still against it’s a real review, when we can prove it is not.
Any update on this @Trustpilot ? We disputed it as you suggest 2 weeks ago via email and still have not heard anything. Honestly, how can ANY company ‘Trust’ you. Legal action and widespread media coverage looks like our best bet from here doesn’t it.

@Trustpilot I see attention to detail hasn’t improved @Trustpilot. Look at this Twitter thread you will see it was actually March 23rd that they replied… the tweet reply from your team (24th) suggested we challenge this, which we did and we have not had a response. Why is it THIS hard?!
@Trustpilot What a shock @trustpilot ‘content integrity team’ simply ask someone if it’s about our company and they say yes so that’s ok?! Tell this person to provide our client reference number? Tell them to send you ANY paperwork with our company on? They will NOT be able to do this.
Do NOT trust your business on @Trustpilot! Despite countless attempts through their flagging procedures about a extremely damaging, slanderous review of our business from someone who clearly has the wrong company (not even in this country), they will not remove. TP is a disgrace
@Trustpilot The review does not allow us to do this any longer- it is not giving an option to do what you’re saying. Please can you arrange through DM for us to have direct contact with a person at TP (not your usual AI check) to get this slanderous wrong review removed immediately.
@Trustpilot The last ticket number was 30211183. The email from TP says you ran it through an ‘AI deformation tool’ which said it was fine- how ridiculous. No phone numbers or humans to speak to. This review is NOT about our company at all and is causing us problems within our business.
Hi @skytv I’m going to be honest, paying out for a tv licence and then your monthly fees on top, to be told I need to upgrade to watch BBC 1 or any other channel, is starting to annoy me. Last week couldn’t watch tv because of the sky glass problems, now this. 🙄

Companies that use such terrible delivery firms to get their products out, such as @YodelOnline really let themselves down and put me off ordering from them. On this occasion Yodel messed up a delivery and then have no phone number, just a live chat which doesn’t work
