@qatarairways @_Flightcatchers really disappointed in your refund process. 6 weeks now still no refund. Waited 4 weeks for qatar refund voucher and 6 weeks later still not got my money back after being stuck abroad due to iran conflict.

@GilliRiccardo @qatarairways Im stuck in hanoi, I had to sit with my laptop open and constantly refresh their digital online chat. After about 2 hours of refreshing I finally got answered and flights rearranged until thursday. Probably wont go ahead still.

@qatarairways Also you are still sending out notifications that flights are departing on time ! Get yourself together. Your teams are failing you. Youre receiving so many msgs because your X comms and website dont match up. Crazy incompetent

@qatarairways Your communication is appauling. You Qatari airspace is closed and to check my flights on your website. Your website still stays my connecting flight to doha is still scheduled so what information im I following here ? Im I spending another £100 on a taxi to be turned away???

@Dillynistelrooy @Muir642419Bill @qatarairways Got the same problem. Stuck in vietnam. Return flight they already rescheduled until today. The comm airspace closed refer to website. Website says flight is still scheduled. Can't connect to live chat. Can't get through on the phone

@xVojtech_Kubec @qatarairways My rebooking from Saturday is in 6 hours and I still have everything saying that flight is going ahead but the news is saying missles are being fired everywhere. Its costing me £100 taxi each time to get back and forth to the airport to get home..

@qatarairways My flight was cancelled on Saturday for this reason from hanoi. You rescheduled until tomorrow evening hanoi time. You must have insight from your comms with local goverment weather or not i should travel to Hanoi airport tomorrow or its highly unlikely the flights will go ahead?

@qatarairways We've now been sent away from Hanoi airport and told the next communication will be at 7am. Police stationed outside the airport stopping people entering who are on qatar flights.
