option a) wait until the situation is resolved, which can take a while in worst case
option b) try to organize an alternative flight on your own and cancel your flights with qatar once you are home to at least get some money back

We booked an alternative, which will hopefully work out, and once we are home, we will try to get our money back for the cancelled flight and never book with Qatar again. No contact possible, they dont care to provide any support or accomondation. Nothing

Why are you asking people to write you a PM if you then just ignore them for hours without any reply? Your phone support is also not reachable, as the system just hangs up after an hour or so in the waiting line. The App is also useless.
