@Alexnunes_HKR I also feel the same way. After I do a physical work out I find I have more energy throughout the day to complete more tasks. I find if I get tired studying I’ll go for a 15 to 20 minute walk outside and I will have all my energy regained.#HKR1000
Throughout the term #HKR1000 has helped me discover more tools on how to improve my overall wellness. By practising yoga in the morning for my spiritual wellness, starting my own recycling account for my environmental wellness and going on walks to improve my physical wellness.

It’s awesome to see that 85.71% of students in #HKR1000 recycle. In the textbook it talks about how one of the main ways to practice our environmental wellness is to recycle whenever we can. Recycling is such an easy way to make a big difference on our earth.
