@rep_gray In an attempt to provide clarity: I don't know any mom & pop or truly local brick and mortar stores that are organized as C-Corps for the very reason you describe the tax structure. Nearly all of these entities are organized as Sole Props, LLC, or LLP; which are not taxed in AK.
