@TPEassist Hi Jack, travelling from Manchester Piccadilly and meant to be changing at Doncaster at 8:49 but will miss that now, I needed to be in Grantham for before 8:30 so this entire trip has been incredibly stressful and disappointing

Had my first 6:15 train cancelled with @TPExpressTrains and now have the next 7:18 delayed by over 15 minutes meaning I will now miss my connection to Grantham - absolutely appalling service and no regard for customers trusting early services to get to work, ridiculous

@TPEassist @TPExpressTrains Hi Sam, as stated that train would still make me miss my work event - as well as taking an extra hour and 20 minutes and only arriving me into Grantham 10 minutes before the train at 7:21 - no trust in booking important early trains is very stressful
