@bob16066 Cost is dependent on the size of the system. It cost my mother $850 total to remove and reinstall her system so the cost isn’t going to break the bank or anything
@bob16066 There’s no cost to maintain your solar panels. There’s no moving parts to solar, and all systems come with 25 year warranties.
& To qualify for solar you need 10 years of life expectancy on your roof. If and when you need to replace you would pay a cost to remove and reinstall
@bob16066 Depends how much and what your home’s sunlight access is looking like (trees, shading, dormers on home, etc.) but in PA as long as you have a good house for it it’s a financial no brainer compared to the utility company
@brisilverman If you live in NJ and get decent sunlight on your home and don’t have solar you’re essentially just throwing away money every month. The incentives for owning your system are crazy in jersey which is why everyone has it. Financial no brainer for most houses there
