I had a Milan–Sofia flight on January 30, 2026. My PNR was NVK6UZ. I tried to complete the online check-in throughout the night before the flight. However, in your online check-in system, there were only two options regarding passport/visa type. I hold a Green Passport+

@wizzair operated my outbound flight to Moldova but canceled the return flight, completely disrupting my travel plans.

- use chat support
