unable to identify the owner of the deposit address despite showing you proofs that it is really generated using my okx account ?
The deposit address came from my okx exchange account. The issue here is I did not received it eventhough the destination address is correct @okx

All okx users should be aware of this so that this won't happen to them. I presented videos showing my UID and my sol deposit address to prove that it was not inaccurate but despite showing it all and waiting almost 3 days Nothing was credited. It really frustrates a lot.

@okx I already waited a more than 35 hrs. And I keep sending screen recordings showing my UID and sol deposit address yet the team still refuses that the SOL deposit address was not from my okx exchange account. What kind of customer service is that?

@okx I really thought that okx is the best exchange. I never expected that the sol I deposited to my okx exchange account did not reflect at all . I already sent transaction I'd and my sol deposit address yet despite all the proofs I sent. They was not able to resolved it.
