@AvivaUK my car insurance was due for renewal so spoke over live chat, person couldn’t be bothered to even attempt to try keep me so off I go, shame as I’ve held a policy for years and not even a single care was given 🤣🤣 says it all
@HSBC_UK noticed your switch. It says you’re excluded if you ever had a first direct account, I had one a couple years ago but it was closed literally as soon as it was opened, does that mean I’m not eligible?
