Also on the other hand, I believe there should be thick line in Second Homes to separate them from Holiday Cottages!

So, people buy home in area they love vs making a business...

Would you open a restaurant for let's say a hundred seats, with one chef and one waiter?
You can either manage or you can't! We're flying on Wed, but feeling stressed already!!!
