@porterairlines bought 2 flights. When I got to page to buy bags, it said I had 2 carryons. So I didn’t pay for $40 bags. When I checked out, receipt said no bags. When I log back in, it says bags are $50, since I didn’t pay for them along with flights. My fault? I have scrnshot
@TuroSupport@turo Sorry @turo but I’ve spent many hours with support and I’ve been told that the decision is final and you will not compensate us. So I am sharing my experience widely now.
Had a terrible experience with @turo . Upon arriving at our destination, I was told that my drivers license was not adequate. Simple solution… Add my brother-in-law to the rental. He was already a registered @turo user.
@turo After doing this, I was told by @turo support that we actually needed to cancel my booking and rebook it in his name. So we did this, and found that the new booking did not reflect the rate I had been given, no early booking fees, etc. so now we are out about $280.
