I do agree that you could file a motion to allow another person to take the papers or send via email if he refuses this adamantly so all this wasn't mandatory.

@PolNinjaTrekkie @urmom_eth @coffeebreak_YT It wasn't until the chief of the county sheriff's response video that any statement that the CEO was served was made with any certainty and even that could be argued, again, without video evidence which is redacted

@PolNinjaTrekkie @urmom_eth @coffeebreak_YT As I understand it, the CEO would need to open the door for the server to serve the papers. If he never answers or addresses the person in his front door, it wouldn't be considered "served". It also isn't clear whether he is considered "served" since video evidence is redacted
