Learning that bereavement teams could use some training. @AnglianWater were great but were the exception. @StandardLifeUK referred to Dad as ‘the deceased member’, @TSB team opened with ‘you know you can do this online’ & @RoyalLondon couldn’t even manage a ‘sorry for your loss’
