iQOO Neo 9, Neo 10, Neo10r... iQOO 11, iQOO 12, iQOO 13... Seriously @IqooInd @iQOOCare, WHAT IS EVEN GOING ON?!

You are launching new models ... but what about the customers who already trusted your premium devices? Is your only focus on launching new phones while completely ignoring quality control and after-sales support?

I am sharing a shocking and frustrating experience on behalf of a friend regarding his flagship iQOO 11 device.

(For context: The phone was purchased in January 2023. A premium device!)

The Issue:
Following an automatic software update on May 1st, 2026, the Wi-Fi and Hotspot on his device completely stopped working.

The Service Center Scam?
When he visited the service center, they blindly handed him a massive repair bill of ₹30,295!

Their solution? A complete motherboard replacement.

They provided zero logical explanation for why a software update requires a hardware change. You can see their exact remarks in the attached delivery receipt

The Catch (and proof it's a software bug):
Here is the most baffling part — when the service engineer flashed the OS, the Wi-Fi started working perfectly fine again!

But... the moment the device is restarted, the Wi-Fi dies once more.

Think about it: If this is truly a permanent hardware or motherboard failure, how is it temporarily fixed just by flashing the software?

My friend has thoroughly documented every technical detail in the attached video

He has completely debunked the service center's illogical "motherboard replacement" narrative right in front of them.

There is an alarming rise in cases across the tech community where iQOO devices are failing right after official OTA updates.

When will iQOO take accountability for this?

Customers don't spend premium amounts on flagship phones just to be handed a ₹30,000+ repair bill roughly 3 years later because of your buggy software updates!

We need answers and a genuine resolution for this immediately.

Idk if it was a glitch but i recharged 899 today 2gb per day data 84 days validity unlimited internet
The recharge was not visible on my other phone and it was actually value for money so i recharged it and it went through.

I think it's normally 1.5gb not 2gb unlimited for 899

Airtel discontinued all these affordable recharge plans from today :

• ₹299 plan discontinued
• ₹319 plan discontinued
• ₹579 plan discontinued (in some regions)
• ₹619 plan discontinued (in some regions)
• ₹649 plan discontinued
• ₹799 plan discontinued

They have increased the price of few plans and decreased the benefits, like :

• ₹859 recharge plan price hiked to ₹899

This is basically they're hiking the recharge price silently !

Jio & Vodafone might follow soon!

And I would choose x9 anyday but only thing i would say samsung have on x9 is probably longer updates and support

So i just came back without getting it replaced because WTF!
