The last train ever to Achill in Co. Mayo had the bodies of ten young islanders killed in a sectarian fire in Scotland on board.
The people of Achill have never forgotten @CelticFC and their fans provided the wreaths and helped get their bodies home.

@StRochsJuniors Brilliant news for everyone associated with the club, I think this takes him into sacred territory along with Joe Marenghi, God Bless him and John Connor as longest serving players
@DarrylS68856384@PaulJohnDykes I heard that today on the show and I thought about Joe but hadnโt heard anything about him for years. Sorry to hear that heโs ill, I will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
Joe was a good guy and a good player ๐๐
@StRochsJuniors@Candykendo What a shame, a really nice man I got to know through St.Rochs, a real supporter of the club when we needed help but also wasnโt slow when we got things wrong.
Condolences to Margaret and the rest of his family at this sad time.
Rest in eternal peace my friend ๐
@KC06McM@PaulJohnDykes@ACSOMPOD Apologies Kevin, I thought I had replied. Thanks for the kind words, I thoroughly enjoyed being back on ACSOM with Paul John, I was a wee bit nervous but the show seems to have been well received. HH
