@LNER Needed breakfast went for the bacon roll but back to London on Friday and will try the Sausage roll and the chicken and stuffing sarnie.
Although I’d never drink the baileys i think it’s a good festive touch. The change to a york gin also a good move! 👍

@LNER Tks Rob, done this trip for 12+ years & there was a pattern. Kings X, Peterborough, York. But maybe you’re right as we’ve had the worst customer experience ever from 1 member of staff. I don’t say that lightly. I have never, ever, had a problem with any staff in all these years.

@LNER pre covid we would see the cold drinks trolley 3 times between london and durham. That seems to have been reduced to two times. Is that a cost saving exercise?

@British_Airways Tried to call but was told you are too busy to answer. I have two separate flight bookings that i need to be connected 1) Lisbon to Heathrow and 2) Heathrow to Newcastle. How can i do this to ensure bags are sent directly from Lisbon to Newcastle?
