BREAKING: France is running out of fuel. 11% of France's stations nationwide are now out of petrol or diesel, one in nine, with 16% of stations short in Grand Est, 15% in Pays de la Loire, 14% in Occitanie, and 13% in Centre-Val de Loire, per government figures published this morning.

The official count only registers a station as short if it has no petrol at all or no diesel at all, so a station out of one grade but holding another is not counted, meaning the real shortage is much larger. French diesel averages €2.406 a litre, about $10.45 a gallon.

ジャパンマリンユナイテッドの鶴見工場で先ほど、防衛省向け輸送艇（MSV）1番艇“あかね”の命名・進水式が行われました。

進水は、陸上で建造した船体をクレーン2基で吊り上げて海上に降ろす「吊り上げ方式」で行われました。

MSVは小規模な港湾や島嶼への輸送に対応する新型艇。今年度末に竣工し自衛隊海上輸送群へ配備される予定です。

BREAKING: Trump made a deal with Yemen’s Houthis in a secret meeting, promising not to strike seized Houthi-held territory or support Saudi Arabia and Saudi-backed forces in any form, in exchange for keeping the Bab el-Mandeb open to shipping, except to Saudi vessels, per Reuters.

The meeting, organized with Oman’s help and not made public, came days after Trump rejected MBS's request for US strikes on the Houthis. MBS called Trump twice asking for strikes and air support and Trump refused both times.

US officials met representatives of Yemen’s Houthis at the US Embassy in Muscat on Sunday, days after the Houthis routed Saudi-backed forces and seized the entire Red Sea coast, with the Houthis telling the US they have no intention of attacking American vessels, remain committed to the 2025 ceasefire, and will not attack Israeli ships or any commercial vessels except those belonging to Saudi Arabia.

The Houthi delegation included Mohammad Abdulsalam, who is under US sanctions, and the group has been a US-designated terrorist organization since March 2025.

備蓄放出せずに済んでいる理由

7月から民間備蓄義務が70日から55日へ15日引き下げられています。つまり、15日分については「非常用在庫として寝かせておかなくてよい＝市場に出して使える」ことになっているのです。

国家備蓄だけを放出するのではなく、石油会社が抱えている民間在庫にも15日分の余裕を与え、市場供給に回せるようにしたんですね（言ってみれば、民間備蓄の放出です）。

一方、裏を返せば、危機が長引くほど民間側の安全余力を15日分削っていることになるわけで、今の状況がまだ続けば、55日をさらに引き下げるのか、国家備蓄を追加放出するのか、あるいは両方を行うのか、という判断になります。

状況は正しく理解しておきましょう。
