@NPCI_BHIM Even after 13 days of complaining, the recharge section is still not working in latest @NPCI_BHIM application. @NPCI_NPCI isn't at all working or looking into the issue.

From the last three days, the mobile recharge section of @NPCI_BHIM doesn't show anything and continue to load for indefinite time. With each update @NPCI_NPCI pushes new bug to already existing well performing application.

@BSNLCorporate Also put the most important condition that VoWiFi hasn't been rolled out for all users as maximum android phone doesn't support bsnl VoWiFi, on which VoWiFi of jio, Vi and airtel works perfectly fine. The shameless @BSNLCorporate team can't provide even after one year of launch.

@bsnl_care This was not a suggestion. It shows the incompetency of @bsnlcorporate which could not provide basic SMS facility even after 1 year of official launch of 4G (more than 2 year of unofficial launch). How an organisation be such shameless? A team full of liars are sitting in bsnl.

@bsnl_care So the incompetent @BSNLCorporate team couldn't coordinate with the manufacturers in last 7 months since its launch on 01.01.26 and at the end the customers are bearing the cost of it. Then the team should stop spreading the lies, when it is actually not available to the users.

@BSNLCorporate First the cs team told that VoWiFi will be available by june 2026 with latest updated on Samsung mobile, but even after the update on 02.06.2026, it's not available on Samsung M14 5G. All the shameless clinical liars are there in @BSNLCorporate team. @CMDBSNL @JM_Scindia
