Mackem in Taiwan 🇹🇼

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@illusionsKz8 I don't think we played better but we played with more fight, so I'll take any signs of improvement right now

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

Not a pretty game. But movement in the right direction in terms of fight. Quality is still lacking in key moments. I'll take a point and a clean sheet to stop the rot, even if I think we should be winning our home games #safc

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@MrMacFunn As much as the PL money is crazy. Can't blame the PL for being good at marketing and securing broadcast deals that benefit their teams. Other leagues had the opportunity to do the same and fucked it. It is a worry having the PL a super league though

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@KielTulloch Both looked better today. Fofana looks better with Methalie making overlapping runs. Sure Fofana needs to improve but I reckon once he gets his first goal then he'll be confident. He's probably the type of player who needs freedom to play, a bit like what Diallo had when here

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

Much improvement. Frustrating not to convert our chances. Defence still needs to improve. Angulo looked much better. Fofana just needs to get a goal, and I think confidence will flow for him. Ahoka keeps impressing. Got to press and have that energy every game. #safc

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

This game has provided us with positives, but not putting chances away and making 4 subs at the same time has changed this game. Got to be ruthless in front of goal like what other teams seem to be against us. #safc

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@AdamSAFC97 I want us to do well in Europe but it'll mean fuck all if we regress and fall out of the prem. Ideal world would be competing in both but reality says otherwise currently. Europe only good if we progress. Need to find the balance right now

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@AdamP1242 Last year any trouble that happened was because of police incompetence at managing and directing the few fans that were escorted. Also the fans mainly causing trouble tend to be non-match going fans (I'd imagine). So who gets punished? The away fans. Make it make sense?

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@sjsjjejddjjdj Maybe but think he needs a long time to build what he wants. I do think stick with Le Bris but he needs to change his ideas. Recruitment hasn't helped him either mind. Shame, what should be an exciting season is quickly becoming a bit wretched haha

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

Le Bris this season has a lot to answer for. I don't think the sack is any time soon but realistically who would come in and be better if the trigger is pulled? #safc

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@marrinpleee Not to excuse Xhaka but he has had two big distractions. 1. The Chelsea interest. 2. The criminal covid case against him. However, as an experienced professional and leader he needs to show more fight. Others need to show more fight too. We only saw it in 3 games this season

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@Pooliemags1Ttv @Bazro10 He has been this season, that's for sure

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@typical_mackem I love him but his selections and tactics have been wrong so often this season. He hasn't been helped with poor recruitment mind

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@andymousemat Hopefully a 3 match ban with the way he's played recently 😂

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

Terrible start to the season. Apart from Arsenal and Brentford, we've been pretty shite despite wins in Europe, even those games we were shite in them. This game should be Bournemouth 3 up if not more #safc

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@SunderlandAFC He's been naff for a fair few games now. This is to cap off recent performances. Game over

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

Dogshit start. Could be 3-0 already

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

@TheBritLad Highly doubt this could be enforceable seeming BBC have to agree to YouTube terms and conditions, which I'm sure means you can't charge for viewing free content unless they strictly go with a YouTube Premium model

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

A win is a win I guess.great finish my Sadiki. We need to improve for a huge game on Sunday though. Happy to get past this with 3 points.

[Kieran @SAFCKieran]

Never a penalty #safc The ref has been very poor. However, he isn't an excuse for how poor we have been this game
