@customink i ordered for shirts for a 70th birthday, paid for expedited 10/2 delivery. chatted your CS team yesterday to confirm on track, was assured it was. Delivery is now 10/4, day after we leave for the weekend. apparent production delay, i wish someone had let me know
@XPOLogistics completed defeated by this customer service experience. we're a small restaurant, one week past our scheduled install and still no answers. now on hold for 30+ minutes for the third time today.
@HomeDepot can't remember a worse customer service experience - as a small restaurant, we put a lot of faith in you all being able to deliver what you promised / what we paid for. now one week past delivery date, still no answers

@UOHelpMe I am trying to change my delivery address. Lasershipment told me to contact you - the seller - to approve the address change. they have currently stopped it at its currently location to pause delivery until approval. is this something you can assist with?
@LaserShip this is the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever encountered. Inaccurate response to my EM days ago + then no response to a follow-up; a chat bot with misinformation followed by a rep who did not answer + now call disconnected after 30+ min hold time
