I have tried the webchat, this is also automated to directs you to the online services. It’s a never ending cycle.

@ThreeUKSupport He has already spoken to them, yesterday on her birthday after being so upset that his dead wife got such a harsh letter. Maybe the first letter should have a softer tone as sometimes there are genuine reasons.

Would personally like to thank @ThreeUK for sending my Grandad a letter to open on my Grans birthday threatening action if she doesnt pay her bill despite being sent a copy of the death certificate. Nice touch, keep up the good work. As if her dying on Xmas Day wasnt bad enough👍
