@NobleIrons7de@OurFavOnlineDoc And you think if Messi were from those Nations you mentioned, he wouldn't have at LEAST 3 World Cups by now??
Excuses, excuses, excuses… keep making excuses for your lame ass goat 😂🤣
Take any population on earth.
For several generations, remove their most physically capable members by force and sell them abroad.
Destroy their existing political institutions and replace them with administrative structures designed to extract rather than develop.
Draw their borders to maximize ethnic conflict and minimize political coherence.
Extract their mineral and agricultural wealth for a century at prices you set unilaterally.
When you leave, install governments that serve your economic interests rather than their populations.
Fund civil wars when those governments are threatened by leaders who want to redirect resource revenues toward domestic development.
Then, three generations later, administer a cognitive test.
Compare the scores to those of the populations who spent the same period accumulating capital, building universities, developing public health infrastructure, and compounding the advantages of political stability.
Put the results on a map.
Call the map a "nature documentary."
Tell yourself the scores show something biological.
Tell yourself the history had nothing to do with it.
Tell yourself you arrived at this conclusion by following the evidence.
You did not follow the evidence.
You followed the map to the place you had already decided to go.
And the evidence, the entire, documented, sourced, cross-disciplinary evidence, is the invoice you refused to open.
A Lot of Nigerians Don’t Know What to Do With Their Lives
If we are being sincere, many Nigerians are walking around with a quiet confusion in their hearts. Not because they are lazy or clueless, but because this country has a way of pushing people into directions that don’t match the world they are living in.
You see it everywhere.
A graduate sitting with a degree that feels like a souvenir.
People applying for jobs they’re not sure they even want.
Talented young people wondering how they followed all the rules and still ended up unsure of what their life is supposed to be.
And a big part of the problem is our university system. Let’s be honest: a lot of Nigerian students are studying courses that would make perfect sense if we were still in 1974.
Take a look:
•Sociology - a beautiful course, but the “practical pathway” seems to end at arguing societal issues on WhatsApp status or X.
•History and International Studies - meanwhile, the “international” part ends once you cross the school gate, because the field absorption is basically zero.
•Philosophy - you go look for Aristotle well well baba go dey for Ananias forest dey wait for you. You will search for the truth but “What is truth?” the job market replies, “Truth is… we are not hiring”.
•Mass Communication - taught on equipment older than Nigeria’s democracy. You learn radio production on machines that museums would collect with pride.
•Zoology and Botany - powerful courses, but with zero research funding. So after graduation, you know every species on paper, but in real life the only “animal” you’re interacting with is your neighbor’s stubborn goat… and the only “plant specimen” you’re managing is the tomatoes you’re selling on your WhatsApp status.
•Banking and Finance - structured for the era when the biggest financial innovation was “cheque book”, not fintech, blockchain, or digital payments.
•Public Administration - taught with methods that don’t match modern governance challenges. You learn bureaucracy, not innovation.
•Religious Education - meaningful, but rarely translated into real-world opportunities outside the pulpit. Now na Boko haram go educate you wetin be religious studies.
•Library and Information Science - still stuck in the analogue mindset while the world has moved to AI-driven archiving and cloud systems.
• School final project - Its now chat GPT that is writing final year project and research work for student and the school cannot purchase “turnit in” school subscriptions to monitor plagiarism.
These courses are not useless. They just haven’t evolved. And because of that, millions of young Nigerians graduate with knowledge that the modern economy doesn’t know what to do with….. and neither do they.
So they feel lost.
Confused.
Uncertain.
Not because they lack purpose, but because nobody gave them the tools to find it.
Then social media adds pressure.
Girls with fake bum bum buying cars.
Everyone is “winning”.
Everyone is posting results.
Everyone looks like they “have direction”.
Meanwhile, you’re sitting there wondering if you missed a memo.
But here’s the funny and painful part: after studying these confusing, outdated courses, many Nigerian youths end up doing the same set of side hustles…. selling perfumes, selling nightwear, becoming makeup artists, starting wig pages, doing nails, selling lip gloss, opening thrift stores.
Nothing wrong with the hustles themselves, but when everyone is selling the same thing, who exactly is supposed to be the customer?
In reality, it becomes a tight circle of survival….. hookup girls buying from makeup girls, hookdown boys tipping nail girls, everyone recycling the same small money in one closed economy of struggle.
It’s a cycle of poverty and small-mindedness in a world that has moved into artificial intelligence, robotics, biotech, fintech, machine learning…. and we are here arguing over who sells the best chiffon two-piece.
I know I promised to write about “Rub & Shine” please forgive me I got inspired to talk about something else.
THE FOOLISHNESS IN THE BBL CRAZE
There are many episodes in the global circus of human behavior,
But the BBL epidemic deserves its own documentary.
A full Netflix special.
A four-part limited series titled:
“How Insecurity Became a Medical Emergency”.
People are gambling with their lives because Instagram gave them an identity crisis.
You wake up one morning, look at your perfectly functional body, and for some reason decide God left the factory too early when He designed you.
Next thing, you’re lying on a surgical table, trusting a stranger with a syringe bigger than your ambition.
Meanwhile….. the BBL remains one of the most dangerous cosmetic surgeries on planet Earth.
This is not “small risk.”
This is “if fat enters the wrong blood vessel, you will see your ancestors” risk.
But let’s not even start with the danger yet.
Let’s talk about the pure ridiculousness.
People come back walking like freshly born giraffes, shaped like inverted commas, but still posing on Instagram with confidence louder than the pain they’re hiding.
And society claps.
Friends lie.
Influencers pretend it’s normal.
Meanwhile their spine is screaming, “Return me to factory settings!”
And then….. the worst part…. the after-effects begin.
SCENARIO:
I once sat with one of the BBL’ed ladies during an interview. She didn’t even know I was one of the interviewers. The nyash was long like an arrow, and her shoulders were shaped like a clothes hanger…. the kind of silhouette that looks like it was drafted with a ruler.
I decided to have a conversation with her, hoping her mind would redeem what her body had exaggerated. But every sentence she spoke was dripping with one topic…. man, man, man. That was the full content of her brain.
I left the conversation disappointed, because her looks betrays her common sense.
THE EFFECTS OF BBL…..The Real Story Nobody Posts Online
1. Chronic Back Pain
Your body was not designed to carry that weight distribution.
The spine begins to complain.
Standing becomes a job.
Walking becomes a project.
Sitting requires an instruction manual.
2. Nerve Damage & Loss of Sensation
Some people literally lose feeling in parts of their butt or thighs.
Imagine doing surgery for beauty and ending up with a backside that can’t even feel a slap.
3. Severe Infections
One small complication, and you’re back in the hospital fighting infections stronger than your WiFi connection.
4. Kidney and Liver Strain
This is where the madness escalates.
Your organs begin to suffer, because your body is processing trauma, medications, and altered blood flow.
And here’s the twist….. the one you mentioned…. the one that still makes me laugh and worry at the same time:
During COVID, I sat with a Far-right German doctor transiting through Dubai, whom we both came together to Nigeria on March 15th, 2020. He is a nephrology coming to set up a kidney centre in Nigeria…. According to him, he has a lot of female clients here who has been BBL’ed.
Because, according to him,
“Many of the older BBL cargos in Nigeria whose market value has depreciated over time are now developing kidney problems”.
He said opening a kidney transplant center would be a brilliant business idea.
And honestly, can you blame him?
When you practically manufacture future patients by design?
These choices have long-term consequences.
6. Emotional Crashes & Regret
After the hype fades, reality returns.
The bills remain.
The pain remains.
The insecurities remain.
Many people realize the surgery fixed nothing internal.
7. Social Pressure & Identity Crisis
You start maintaining a body you can’t comfortably live in.
You start chasing validation that disappears the moment the trend changes.
THE REAL FOOLISHNESS
It’s not just the risk.
Not just the pain.
Not just the long-term complications.
(KINDLY OPEN NEXT THREAD)
You're working, making reasonable amount of income.
You own your car, your apartment, & have more future goals to achieve.
You pay bills & dealing with the harsh realities of life.
Then, instead of looking for a woman that understands your reality, you decide to go for a girl that does not know her left from her right, yet.
You want to date a girl that you will intimidate with your chicken change, & manipulate her into liking you with it.
You want her to see you as her "lord and savior", because she needs you to get by & brag amongst her peers.
You take unnecessary pity on her, because she is in need of survival, & she is according to you...
"Still young and innocent".
You're talking about business deals, meetings with clients, work challenges, proposals etc.
And she's talking about handouts & desktop & hostel gossips & school parties.
You don't know your level.
Your fellow working class women intimidate you, & you do not know how to control & manipulate them with money.
You cannot lead them effectively, because according to you, they're old & worn out.
You inferior old men that think you're smart, & can take undue advantage of small girls will see shege.
Those small girls that you're calling them, will disgrace you, & shatter your hearts.
They'll so cheat on you, & most times, you'll never get to know.
At every stage in your life, there are women that fit into the picture. You should be looking for, & dating women who share your goals, want what you want, & can help you achieve them.
Being in your 30s, & dating university girls is a very wrong choice to make.
If you want them for knacks, by all means do.
But for relationship, allow their fellow university boys to date them. Or men within their age grade.
Those men have their time, think like them, have the same type of fun, & are as horny as they are.
Young people below 25 fuck like dogs. You cannot keep up. They're wild, free, & very adventurous.
And they're very deceptive & entitled.
Don't get yourself involved with them, unless it's just for fun.
You'll get burned.
End.
