Hi @rapidobikeapp, May I know how are we supposed to contact the customer support as we never get a response on time?.
It's not the first time I have faced something similar. I used the parcel functionality to deliver few items. The delivery boy delivered the items it seems.

My friend's phone was switched off due to which I couldn't confirm. He called and said that he's in the society and asked me for otp as the friend's phone was switched off. I provided the OTP and connected with my friend somehow only to know that the item was never delivered.

Hey @SwiggyCares,
I ordered food from Bihari Bhojan with orderId: 205101591166943
The food is uncooked and not eatable and in response, I get a refund of ₹31 which is literally 1/10th of what I paid for the order which is going to dustbin now.
Customers should not be treated

Hi @zomatocare, highly disappointed with your service. Ordered a meal with add-ons, but key items were missing—yet again. Customer support provided no real solution, only asked me to email, and then never responded. This has happened multiple times. Please improve the process!
