Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to bring to your urgent attention a critical infrastructure gap at the junction of the Major Arterial Road (MAR)—a segment integral to the proposed Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) / Business Corridor connecting Magadi Road and Mysore Road—and the Mysore Road National Highway (NH).

The current infrastructure suffers from a fundamental lack of integration, leading to severe bottlenecks in coming days:

Missing PRR/MAR Integration: The MAR does not seamlessly merge with or cross the Mysore Road NH.

Lack of Elevated Access: Vehicles traveling on the MAR currently have no direct access to or from the elevated section of the Mysore Road NH.

Required Intervention:

We request your immediate intervention to plan and execute the necessary works to achieve a signal-free and seamless integration at this vital junction. This must include:

Direct Ramps/Grade Separator: Constructing the required infrastructure (ramps, flyovers, or underpasses) to ensure a smooth, signal-free connection between the MAR/PRR and the Mysore Road NH.

Seamless Access: Providing dedicated and continuous entry/exit points for traffic flowing to and from the elevated Mysore Road NH and the MAR/PRR.

Rectifying this omission is crucial for realizing the full potential of the PRR as a Business Corridor and ensuring smooth regional connectivity.

If testing, fixing, asphalting are taking this long, it seems BDA is using this as an excuse to cover up the pending works, preventing asphalting from being completed in just a few months.

@CMofKarnataka BDA claims 80% work in #NadaprabhuKempegowdaLayout is done, asphalting of 3 blocks almost done.Yet,remaining 6 blocks will take 2 more years as per tender!?Why not 6 separate tenders?Tarring could be done in 3-4 months with multiple agencies working simultaneously?

Site owners: ಶೇ. 80ರ ಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ 6 ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾಂಬರೀಕರಣ 6 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿ ತೋರಿಸಿ,ಅಪಪ್ರಚಾರ ಕೊನೆಗಾಣಿಸಿ.

Kommaghatta substation tender was floated in Aug 2021,May 2022 work started but it is still nt functional.

Electrical network not done across layout.

When will power supply plug-&-play facility be available instead temporary electricity?

1 year back, asphalting started in blocks 7, 6, 5 but tar work going on and on.

Due to non-motorable roads in Blocks 1-4, 8,9 houses are not coming up much,on top of that waste is being dumped in #NadaprabhuKempegowdaLayout, including building debris,animal,city & now medical wastes. When will the layout be liveable?

Good decision; but in the past,BDA used to allocate all sites to public; now 60:40 compensation,in NPKL out of 28k sites compensation site is more than 15k that can be vacant & house construction is only for 10k public allotment?
Bring every site under same rule.

9th year only 1 substation in layout, which has been in progress for 3 years but is not even operational yet.

Substation is also showpiece as GLSR, STP, which does not serve us since there is no electrical network built across layout.

Motorable road work is crawling in block 6 & at a standstill in block 5, and for blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 8 & 9, there is no tender yet.
BDA electrical network also not done!!

Motorable road formation 80% complete in block 7, just started in 6, yet to start in 5 & for 1-4, 8-9 blocks no tender yet. No electrical network temporary electricity from nearby BESCOM point.
Work done by BDA is not helping the siteowner to start construction.

@mlanaharis Looks like for BDA, block 7 is only NPKL.
3 soil stabilization seperate tenders were called around 8 months ago for block 5,6,7 & only in block 7 80 % work can be seen, in block 6 its CRAWLING,in block 5 work YET TO START. For blocks 1-4,8-9 NO TAR TENDER.
