Today was a good day in the office.

When I last appeared on March 23, 2023, the court made an order that the @NPA_Prosecutes must have completed their investigations and completed the indictment by today. None were ready today.

The court ruled that they were in contempt of the court order. The court ordered a s342A enquiry and invited the NPA to submit the affidavit explaining why they are in contempt of the court order by September 14, 2023.

The court said we may submit a replying affidavit by September 18, 2023, if we so wish. The appropriate relief will be delivered on September 21, 2023 🙏🏿
