I dont believe Ill get any help from #FNB. Maybe @RMBCIB will help. So far been on call for 2 hours being pushed from pillar to post. One operator could help with Authentication not working after speaking to 3 others.

7/Eventually phoned & got through to KYC FICA dept after 7 authorizing questions - reason @FNBSA had a 13 year old address on the system? Asked them to resend info required, said it would take up to 3 days to resend Email? Come #FNB you have to do better!! @RMBCIB
6/Went to @FNBSA branch, system did not indicate what documents are needed. Contacted KYC FICA dept. Eventually was told what documents were required. Did an Internet search for what these documents were, no real help. Got this info to contact them, number not operational 🫣🫣🫣

1/This is a sad thread @RMBCIB I had a stressful 2025. One of the most stressful things I dealt with is dealing with @FNBSA call centres. Here I am again in 2026 being stressed out by #FNB call centres. Who do I call? My business banker - he's not been available for 6 months.🧵
