Our last shoutout for the week goes to the class of 2027 for their hard work in the weightroom! This class features 6 members of the 1,000 pound club and 2 of those are part of the 1,200 pound club!

Today we are going to recognize the top 10 lifters of our 2028 class, including our first 3 members of the 1,000 pound club!! These totals are the combined weight of their Squat, Bench, and Power Clean maxes.

This week we will recognize our top 10 lifters by graduating class, starting with our class of 2029. These are their totals when we combine their bench press, squat, and power clean maxes! Way to work!

Congratulations to Brantley Messick (Chowan University), Curtis Evans (Greensboro College), and Camden Edwards (North Greenville University) as they signed their letter of intent to play football at the next level! Looking forward to seeing this guys play on Saturdays!

As our spring strength and conditioning session comes to an end we want to recognize some of the top lifters of the semester! We can’t wait to see this translate to the field this fall!

What a HUGE turnout for the start of the second week of spring ball! 50 rising 10th-12th graders, along with 28 rising 9th graders! We are still missing a handful from the great run @SAHS_Baseball1 is on in the playoffs! Big things ahead for this group!
