Lauren's teammate Mesa Weidle will teach @SASSGoGlobal self-defense classes in conjunction with the @LMC_Foundation campus safety races in both Pullman/Moscow and in Salt Lake City at @UUtah. Women of all ages should sign up, especially students who are going off to college.
