@Mr_Linders@DrKCarlson Fully agree, seeing someone describe how you just naturally function builds confidence! And you can be more intentional about leveraging your strengths when you're aware of them :)
@DrKCarlson A3 - Interesting to see something that I have always considered a weakness identified as a strength - needing time to gather information and ‘percolate’. StandOut 2.0 gave me strategies to help me leverage my strengths as a leader and colleague. #ED634
Your team doesn't need from you some vague willingness to "do whatever it takes." It needs you to understand your strengths and weaknesses in vivid detail and then take it upon yourself to figure out how to navigate towards the strengths and away from the weaknesses.
@DrKCarlson A1 - You can leverage your strengths alongside the strengths of your teammates to tackle a project and problem-solve in an efficient and successful way. You’re at your best when using your strengths and you’ll have the most impact. #ED634
