@markemusgames Minimalist. Also, I don't describe everything all at once. I don't even mention the color of the walls unless there is some memory or emotion to the POV character. For character descriptions, I pepper them in add the scene progresses with the action tags.

Watching Iron Eagle ... The cessna/dirt bike race at the beginning is such an homage to the scene in the Star Wars novel when Luke damages his Skyhopper (never made it to the film).
