University Degree

Its true i dont have a university degree but i have respect for those who put in the efforts to get them.

I surround myself with many degrees, my executive chauffeur has a university degree and brilliant!

Executive assisant has 2 university degrees and our receiption is manned by 2 graduates. I respect knowledge.

I think am the only person without a university degree sitting inside our head office. Even my wife has one!

Essence of education is to enhance critical thinking and i improve mine by reading and engaging the well educated.

They all respect my street hustlers knowledge and i respect theirs. Am not afraid to learn from either people or books.

You can see, i have improved a lot in my writing skills, i read, i write, i speak and engage.

I put to test knowledge a lot, i question knowledge too! Sometimes i have backfired, sometimes not.

The greatest thing about lack of the degree is that when a graduate wakes up at 7am, i wake earlier.

When they finish work at 5pm, i work until 10pm and its because i dont have the priviledge of plan B. I only have plan A.

Lack of plan B has helped me take risks, some have worked, some havent worked and its okay.

I dont go around thinking about how i will fail or suceed, i just go for it head on and whatever happens happens.

Ofcourse experience has taught me better so has exposure. Am very well travelled and fairly exposed.

Am also very well networked, my God given gifts have opened doors for me.

Tourism!

I was in Austin, Texas last month for a marketing trip being a member of American tour operator association!

Out of curiosity I asked American tour operators how many tourists they send to Kenya and Tanzania?

The first tour operator I asked said sent 50 tourists daily
