@AirCanada @AirCanada coming back to toronto I had to wait 30-40mins for an agent to grab me from the plane with a wheelchair. There was one agent working! This is unacceptable my family was getting worried to my whereabouts. The agent was miserable and also gave me attitude. Not acceptable
