Great opportunity for a paid summer mentorship program for premeds in southwestern PA to get hands on experience, MCAT prep, and mentorship to help get them into med school.
You know how some people watch the Pitt and feel it on a deeper level bc they’ve spent thousands of hours in that environment. Thats how I feel watching Fallout.
We're honored that The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered is up for consideration in the "Best Remake or Remaster" category this year for the @GoldenJoysticks !

The FDA statement ends with a paragraph undermining its own warning.
They signal parents to avoid acetaminophen. Except sometimes. And then:
No “causal relationship… established” with ADHD or autism
AND
Alternatives to acetaminophen have “well-documented adverse impacts.”
Here’s a nice analysis of 2.5M children about Tylenol and autism. The study found a small association between tylenol use in pregnancy and autism, but the association went away in sibling analysis. In sibling analysis you compare children born to the same mother where one child was exposed to Tylenol but not the other. This is a better comparison because genetics are similar between siblings whereas they differ greatly in non siblings from different families. Bottom line: no increased risk of autism with tylenol use in a huge population analysis. https://t.co/JyodtiSwWC
There still hasn’t been a reckoning for the Joint Commission’s contribution to the opioid crisis.
In 2001 they insisted that pain be added as the fifth vital sign, reported along with blood pressure, heart rate, etc.
They followed that up with a statement that “therapeutic use of opiate analgesics rarely results in addiction.”
Yet after these extreme blunders, costing millions of lives, they are still the accrediting agency for most US hospitals.
Keep that in mind the next time they scold you for having a drink at the nurses’ station or failing to include a full ROS in your H&P.

I finished this game yesterday.
All I can say is: play it! If you miss old linear games that feel like playing a good movie, this game is for you.
