Komodo is our first entry into the rare style of Rice IPAs. The addition of rice in this hoppy format allows for a unique intersection of attributes: just enough malt presence to balance a robust hopping regimen while lending a clean, crisp profile that heightens its aromatic qualities. Citra, Amarillo, and Lotus fill the air with notes of tangerine juice, floral peach, sweet grape, and citrus-zested vanilla cream.

We have been refining our process of blending rice and malt in the grist through our line of Rice Lagers. Rice’s delicate floral tones and remarkably clean profile create a uniquely clear backdrop for hops to shine. When working in this format, we often choose a single hop that rarely gets the spotlight. For Komodo, however, we wanted to experience the full spectrum of flavors from a novel blend. Not only are our Japanese-inspired beers delicious, but they deepen our understanding of our ingredients every time we brew them.

Shipshape is our Czech-style Pils crafted with Bohemian pilsner malt and traditional Saaz hops. The lemony character of this variety hits in the aroma and carries through to its clean finish with a lingering zing. We’ve been lagering this inaugural summer batch while awaiting the first wave of warm weather, and it looks like this weekend it's finally here.

Vanilla Bean Catharsis.

We took a small portion of our robust, chocolatey Porter and conditioned it on heaps of vanilla beans. It adds wafting notes of creamy vanilla mocha lattes atop its complex profile. Perfectly suited for pairing with an evening campfire, these cans also age wonderfully when kept cold.

Simple, elegegant, refined, authentic. Delicious.

This royal Double IPA bursts with aromas of tropical smoothies, bright citrus, vanilla cream, and mellow guava sorbet, all wrapped in a creamy body with a hop-saturated bite.

Our creamsicle line of beers explores the transformative quality of vanilla beans. It fits seamlessly into the tropical qualities of the hops while enhancing the perception of an already smooth, fluffy mouthfeel. The thoughtful addition of real fruit purées further elevates certain renditions into a novel experience that almost feels like it requires its own style category 🍦
