One week later, no resolution. Still waiting for Frontier to send me something so I can “reset my ID “. Thanks, Frontier. You won’t answer calls or let me speak to a representative. I was told you are mailing me something but still haven’t received it one week later.

But- ‘account services’ is incompetent and can’t reactivate my account! Waiting for a link to ‘reset my account id’. Glad I still have @optimum ….
I have watched this several times. “Sir, you are out of line.” We all need to get out of line. The line we’ve been waiting in isn’t moving. The line we’ve been waiting in is stalled. Get out of line, speak up. We’ve waited in line for too long.

If you don’t want an abortion, don’t have one! But you don’t get to decide my teenage daughter’s future. I do not own my daughter’s uterus. Neither does anyone else!
PLEASE REVIEW an important brochure enclosed w/the most recent sewer bill! Important points:
1) Sump pumps connected to the sewer system must be disconnected;
