In all the discussions around ethnicity at work, I am not seeing much if any reference made to @TomCalvard and @TinuCornish book or @Binna’s book. Both are a great evidential base for action.
Suggesting that “white is the norm” is a huge cultural marker in your organisational ideology look in your organisational reports “non white” used? We had this stopped post the RRAA 2001 it’s worked it’s way back across the NHS. who else gets described for what they are not?
