On Feb. 3, 1943, the Army chaplains on the SS Dorchester—Rev. Lt. George Fox; Rabbi Alexander Goode; Rev. Lt. Clark Poling; Father Lt. John Washington—gave their lives to save others after the ship was torpedoed & sank. Today is Four Chaplains Day in their memory. @ParmaMayor
