HUGE patch for SC2! 🤯
I’m personally very much for the worker count change. I think this is an extremely simple and safe way to generate a whole new wave of openers and play styles.
If it happens to make the game worse, it’s very easy to reverse.
Overall this is a sign that Blizzard is now focusing on their classic games in a way that they there were not before. That’s a good thing 👍

Can definitely echo your point. The number of founders and operators I’ve crossed paths with who turned out to have a serious SC2 background is staggering

Chzzk bought the rights for EWC in South Korea, and gave SC2 prominent landing placement for the whole event. I'm usually skeptical of how effective this kind of promotion is, but it seems like it actually drew in some casual fans and caused some buzz in the community.
@TrAiDoS Would still be interesting if the balance council is more experimental.
Of course you need more people to work post-patch, but some of the balance will figure itself out too.
Really praying there’s some additional funding, but a patch would breathe so much life into the game
