@HelpAtGeorge hi there 👋 I ordered some black school trousers for my daughter, next day delivery, and today unfortunately received grey school trousers in the wrong size :( I’m sending them back for a refund. Can I have a refund for the next day delivery charge too?

@cbcreative@samuelburr ‘Your first time?’
‘How did you guess,’ I say, sheepishly, after nervously dropping my helmet. He holds my glance as he passes it back to me.
My cheeks flush when I remember how handsome he is up close. He clearly doesn’t remember me. He will this time though. #writecbc
@cbcreative @jess_emolloy Mark cleared his throat.
He look at his fingers, avoiding the clerks glance.
‘One ticket, please,’ he mumbled inaudibly.
‘What was that?’ The young girl shouted through the boothed microphone.
Mark coughed, staring at his feet.
‘One ticket please. For the Barbie movie.’
@ThomasCookUK hi 👋 I booked and paid 50% for my holiday on Monday & have waited for my booking confirmation to come thru so I can secure kids airplane seats. I’m told today the flights weren’t booked & have now increased by £400. I have to pay more thru no fault of my own??
Hi @BandQ 👋 I bought some paint on Friday but have realised I don’t need it. It’s unopened. I didn’t accept a receipt but I have credit card proof of purchase - can I return this to store still? 🤞🏻
@SamsungUK Hi Samsung 👋 I have an open query, no. 2137688188 - we’re waiting 2 weeks now for a replacement machine (current machine can’t complete the drain and spin cycle) do you have any update please? Cycles on the current machine are taking 5 hours to complete…
#querying has beaten me. Just shy of 100 query emails sent in the past 18 months, one long list, one full request.
No more. It’s too hard; the no replies, the silences. Thing is, I think my work is really good.
But maybe that’s all it’s ever meant to be. Just good. Not great
@BrittonBookGeek Small steps create space to feel a little bit of discomfort in doing something new.
The more small steps you take, the more comfortable you feel in that discomfort.
Over time, the space will get bigger.
And so will your new skill in talking about you. Go slow, you can do it
