A male decided to snatch over £500 from a shop till in @MPSHavering. They were identified, chased, detained and arrested by #EAtaskforce within 5 minutes of the offence. Full amount of cash also recovered and a cell space awaits

Taser should be available for all frontline operational officers. I get we should be at the back of the queue, I’m happy with that. But there should not be a blanket ban on SC’s carrying it

@SC__Dan @CapybaraCop @roysmithMPS We can only hope mate. However unfortunately I think it will take for a special to be killed on duty where a taser could have potentially prevented it before it is given the serious consideration it deserves!
