Hunter ‘Hawk’ Krommenhoek easily tosses up 500# squat to finish out testing @ North. Hawk has increased his squat max from 365# in February to 500#. Damn proud of ya fella.

North Sports Performance on box/depth jumps incorporated w/ linear overspeed training. Jumps increase vertical, explosiveness, tendon stiffness and bone density. Lateral box jumps aid in knee stability.
