Self care is key when you feel as though your mental health is starting to dip. Small things make a difference and recall what has worked for you in the past. Also, use your body and physical health to help you - some gentle activity for 10 mins will do wonders 💙#mentalhealth

@cineworld Yes, and they have sent me a friend request whic I received and accept. Bit when I try to send one it never gets received. Also any ideas why my card does not show up under my account details screen?
@cineworld I keep getting different website pages when using your website. Are you in the middle of an upgrade? I am trying to get to the friends and family section to invite a friend so I can book tickets for them but now the page is not showing. Very confused
@cineworld Yes, sync'd card on new website, it appears when I try to book tickets, but it does not show when I look at my account details. Normally it would show as a card image with the details on. Also I keep trying to send a friend request from the site but person never receive it.
