1/ Respected @narendramodi ji,
For over 15 years, the homebuyers of Adel Landmarks Ltd have been suffering grave injustice. What started as hope has turned into a saga of broken promises, institutional apathy, and utter negligence by the PMO, judiciary, NCLT, and the appointed insolvency practitioner Mr. Udayraj Patwardhan.

2/ Thousands of families — some 4,384 homebuyers — invested their life savings into Adel’s projects, with the expectation of timely delivery.
Yet, to date, the projects are either incomplete or in morass. The resolution process under IBC (2018 onward) has dragged on endlessly.

3/ The NCLT / NCLAT machinery has shown repeated delays, opaque orders, and inconsistent justice. For instance, the plan of Art Constructions Pvt Ltd was approved by the CoC in 2022 with ~82.66% votes, yet implementation lags, and objections & litigation continue.
Even critical orders (e.g. under Section 60(5)) show the RP seeking stays against tax demands to free up funds, indicating serious constraints in execution.

4/ Mr. Udayraj Patwardhan, as the Resolution Professional, holds immense responsibility. His credentials are verifiable (registered with IBBI as insolvency professional) , but his performance on Adel has left many questioning whether he has served the interests of homebuyers or financial creditors.

5/ The PMO, being the apex oversight, cannot remain silent while executive agencies, judicial bodies, and quasi-judicial institutions allow such systemic failure to persist. When homebuyers are deprived of justice for over a decade, it points to collective failure — not just individual.

6/ The judiciary is supposed to be a bulwark for citizens, especially in complex insolvency / real estate cases. Yet in this case, rulings have been slow, appeals unresolved, orders stalled — effectively denying the common man recourse.

7/ I urge, @PMOIndia, @RBI, @IBBI_Official, @NCLT_, @NCLAT_, @doj_india, @LawMinGoI to take note and intervene:
•Ensure expedited resolution of Adel Landmarks cases
•Mandate transparency in all orders, especially accounting of funds & timelines
•Audit the conduct of the RP (Patwardhan) in this case, to see if he has upheld his fiduciary duty to homebuyers
•Hold accountable those in judiciary or tribunal benches who have delayed justice

8/ Homebuyers are not mere creditors — they are victims of misplaced trust in governance. When such vast injustice persists, the State and its institutions must be held responsible.

9/ I submit this plea respectfully but firmly, urging your direct attention to this matter. The families of Adel Landmarks look to you for protection — for their homes, their rights, their future.
