Customer update:
Since customers reported an electrical power cut in their property this afternoon, we observed that our system experienced a brief drop in heating temperatures at approximately 2.10pm on phase 1 of the development.
We are aware that the electricity has gone off to some residents. This will effect the electric pump that drives your heating. Unfortunately, as SDEN do not supply your electricity this is beyond our control.
