@iD_Mobile_UK I recently had communication regarding my add-on roaming package I purchased not working in morrocco. I am still waiting a response! Furthermore, I havecbeen charged for something that I could not use! Also, my sim card is not showing up on my phone.

As a new customer to @KLM I expected higher standard of travel for long haul flying! Very dissapointed though. Over priced, Dirty, broken, held together by duck tape. And a poor standard of care from the air stewards! Much better airways out there @qatarairways@British_Airways

@virginhelp@Virgin@virginmedia No mention of reconnection, when I did eventually get through yesterday (using your new member number as I knew you would answer) the caller hung up!!!! So when am I getting reconnected, or am I looking elsewhere
