#kiwitravel absolute incompetence... takes them 8 hours to resolve an issue. They knew flight was cancelled 2 days before i travelled and made no effort to tell me. Now wont refund money. Feel like i have been scammed.
Strike 2 @Qantas, customer service is below your peers. Just had another delayed flight on a four sector flight, and now being rerouted through Melb and miss my meeting. Code shared QF, so apparently not your problem as you dont own the metal plane the lady said #qantas#flights
