@AndySalingy6bh@mariaaviews It was a perfect show, 100% agreed. But so was Breaking Bad, both statements can be true. And yes, GoT can eat a bag of D.
Btw there’s this great new show on Apple TV+ called Star City, a spinoff of For All Mankind. It’s like The Americans meets Apollo 13. Truly excellent.
@Axaxia88 Whales actually breach to get rid of barnacles, not to express “joy”. Doesn’t take anything from their intelligence, but our interpretation of animals behavior is most of the time just anthropomorphism.
@B3nL1pman@anishmoonka@grok All these will be dwarfed by OpenAI’s “Stargate” infrastructure which is estimated to cost half a trillion dollars. NVidia gets a large equity stake of OpenAI in the process.
@edwinhayward@anishmoonka I’d go with number 2. Also in 3 yrs H100s will be totally obsolete. Meanwhile Google will spend half a trillion building data centers with newer generation chips. Check mate.
@anishmoonka 1) what’s the margin? Colosus 1 + expansion cost a fortune to operate. A quick math tells me Google basically will rent the chips at roughly $280/day. What’s the daily cost to operate that chip?
2) of xAI rents out half its compute power, isn’t it admission they lost the AI war?
@amongiello@BreitbartNews@AlexMarlow 1) Saudi Aramco raised $29.4B vs Alibaba $25B. Google is your friend.
2) he said “There’s not many trillion-dollar companies on earth…” —never said there are none. Listen again.
