A strong rally needs broad participation from individual stocks. If only a few stocks are pushing the index higher while most stocks lag behind, the rally becomes weak and unsustainable.

Whenever you see a stock falling on low volume with small candles, it usually means institutions are quietly accumulating shares instead of selling.

Once the accumulation is complete, even a small buying push can send the stock much higher.
